I absolutely love this lotion! I discovered it when I was looking for a cheaper face moisturizer alternative to what I was currently using. Previously, I was paying about $13 for 3 oz of Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer with Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid on Amazon. The Vanicream worked well, but due to recent financial hardship I needed something that was more cost effective without sacrificing my skincare needs. The big bullet points for me when searching: a cream/lotion that was silicone free and one that contained ceramides, plus other skin loving ingredients. This lotion meets these requirements, actually containing more ceramide types than Vanicream and also with more nourishing ingredients. Plus, for $6 more an order, I get triple the amount of product than when purchasing the Vanicream. I use it on my face (including eye area), neck, chest, shoulders/upper back and upper arms. It’s incredibly gentle on my sensitive, oily/combination and acne prone skin. It does not clog my pores and I use it every morning and night. When first applied, it does appear a little thick and leaves a slight white cast. Let it sit on your skin for about 5-10 seconds before working it in. This lotion is on the thicker side (almost a cream) and needs that time to “warm up” but then it blends in clear, smooth, and it absorbs beautifully. It does have a slight grape scent as mentioned in other reviews. The smell quickly dissipates and is not irritating to the skin, nose, or eyes. The ingredients are stellar and it’s a real bang for your buck compared to other brands with similar ingredients. If you are using it on your full body, I could see where it would get pricey (which I am assuming the other reviews complaining about cost are referencing, as those complaints don’t make sense to me in any other capacity). This is an all around excellent and affordable daily facial moisturizer that is packed with pro-skin health/anti-aging ingredients. I would recommend this lotion to anyone, and I will definitely be repurchasing. Kimtrue has won a customer for life, please don’t ever change the formula! I will be looking to see if their brand has other products available on Amazon.

This is a light lotion/emulsion with some great brightening ingredients. This would be my ultimate summer body lotion if I enjoyed the scent. It's not... Awful... It's grape for sure but just weird enough that I don't want to reach for it everyday. Otherwise this is so lightweight but still hydrating it's crazy. Please consider changing or removing the scent!

This is a light-weight moisturizing lotion with a lovely fragrance -- it reminds me a bit of the Otter Pops we used to have when were were kids (Sir Gilbert Grape, I seem to recall). But a little more refined & designed for adults (not that I wouldn't love an Otter Pop right now). I have very dry and dehydrated skin and this feels soothing and offers moderate hydration. I think it will be the perfect lotion for hot summer days when my skin doesn't need the heavier, richer lotions and creams I use right now -- my skin is still trying to recover from winter. My skin is also quite sensitive and this doesn't cause any irritation at all (I was a bit concerned because this lotion contains shea butter that sometimes doesn't work well for me). I actually expected this to be more hydrating and protective than it actually is, with the added ceramides and hyaluronic acid. The moisturizing effects last about half a day or so, but this is probably not the case for those with more normal skin. I do think it is a bit pricey at the current price of $19.99 for a bottle containing 10.5 ounces of lotion. It does seem to be well-formulated, but I tend to use quite a bit per application. I will likely go through the bottle pretty quickly, at least for now. Maybe I will get away with using less once the hot weather arrives and this will seem more economical. The lotion is in a nice bottle with a pump style delivery for no-waste dispensing. The product arrived properly sealed.
