I bought these for my 3.5 YO who currently wears size 12 shoes (11.5-12.5 to be exact). Unstretched, the heel to toe measures 7.5". I think they are more like a size 1-3 than a 10-1.However, it has been impossible to find peewee size stuff where I am (or maybe I missed the season and it is all sold out) so these are better than nothing.The soccer team provided socks sized 4-7!!! So this is still an improvement.
