It works, but not perfect.
If you want to protect your teeth while wearing a balaclava. This is perfect.You won't overheat badly, you won't fog up in front of you. It's nice.My only grip is having to remove it to eat or drink. It's not great when the mesh gets in the way.

Strong chemical smell
Mask fits nice and works as expected. However, it has a very strong chemical smell. As well it was packaged poorly being wrapped in nothing but tape and plastic. This resulted in some minor damage but not enough to be concerned.
