My grand neice loves this book. It's neither overly academic nor lacking in detail. We love reading it together and I learned a few things too!

A gift for my granddaughter

Colorful and informative, this non fiction book was good for my kindergarten class. Nice colorful pictures included in this book.

The text and photos are perfect, and the price is great too. The only down side is that the pages are glued together, and I anticipate the book will fall apart quickly in my early childhood classroom. I wish there were a hardcover option!
