Large size, moves easily, lots of storage
Overall great suitcase. The color is nice, the zippers move smoothly. It’s been a few months and several uses and still working great. It’s a little heavy but that’s to be expected for its size. It’s is a very large suitcase. My little 10 year old can fit inside

Quality and price
Wife loves the color and quality of all three pieces. Only problem was the 20” came with black trim and other two has tan trim. I think the black trim looks better. But both are nice looking.

Quality case but but carpet is a challenge
I just finished my first trip using the Steve Madden 28" spinner. Really nice looking, seems to have a strong zipper and is relatively light weight. Love the color as it is easy to find in the airport luggage area. I purchased this to replace a new suitcase that failed the first time I used it last year so I am hopeful this will end my cycle of buying a new case every trip. The only negative is that although it rolls well over hard flooring it's a beast on carpet and large transition strips force me to lift it over any possible crack. Still, I'm overall very happy but this is not for those with weak arms.

Retractable handle does not work, replaced twice.
I bought the Steve Madden 28 inch luggage for my daughter- in- law's bridal shower in August of 2022. She used it for her honeymoon to Italy in October of 2023. Only 2 days into their trip, the retractable handle broke off. When they got back from their honeymoon, I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement. When my husband tried to retract the handle, it wouldn't budge. Once again, I reached out to customer service, and they promptly send me a second replacement which worked just fine. Let me say that my experience with customer service was outstanding. A week ago my daughter -in- law traveled to Paris and used the new replacement (this is the third one). When she got back, she informed me that the retractable handle broke off on her way to the hotel when she arrived in France. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. I'm not sure if it is a design flaw, but we will never purchase a Steve Madden piece of luggage again and will look elsewhere for our luggage needs.

The pictures do not do this piece of luggage justice. It is so beautiful and well made. I love it! It’s roomy and durable and stylish.

A keeper!
Very impressed with this case. Great quality. The rollers are well done and will fare well in airport 'custody'. It's very classy and does not look like every suitcase in baggage claim. You will be very happy as I am!
