The product stopped working within 5 months of purchase
The product stopped working within 5 months of purchase and neither Amazon nor the manufacturer is of any help. It's still under warranty, and guess what, when I try to register for the product on the Samsung website, it says that the serial number is invalid! Unacceptable!
