QualarcWF-0906A Glacial Elliptical Stainless Steel Locking Wall Mount Mailbox, Silver

I have gotten a lot of compliments on my new mailbox! The design is very sleek, and modern, and the security factor is great. It's deep enough that the mail falls far out of the way where someone could try to grab it, and the slot on the top is too narrow for someone's hand to reach in. My one complaint (and I think I read it somewhere else in the reviews) is that the lock mechanism is very sticky. I have had it for about a month, and thought maybe it would start to get better with use, but it's still pretty much the same. I'm going to use WD-40 or liquid graphite to try to loosen it up. But for the money, it's really not something I can complain too much about. In all other respects it's a nice mailbox. It does NOT have a flag, but you could possibly put outgoing mail under the lid, since it's a pretty big space.

Lost my mail box key and while it would have been cheaper to replace the lock, just couldn't find one in any hardware store locally. Turns out there is no one-size-fits-all. Found a new to me mailbox at Amazon ware house and the extra cost vs. lock replacement was well worth it. From the description I was expecting visible dented corners and other obvious damage. Was pleasantly surprised that the mailbox looks and works well, just like a mailbox that had seen a years worth of use. Another previously unwanted item saved from a land fill.

I have had this mailbox installed for about a week now, and I really like it. The main reason why I am leaving a review is because some other people have said that the lock sticks.I disagree. The lock has worked perfectly every time for me.If this changes, I will be sure to update my review.

This is a well designed mailbox that is easy to install and looks good. The only issue I have is the inability of Home Depot or any hardware story I visited to duplicate the key. No one seems to have the answer and there is apparently no way to contact the seller through Amazon in order to obtain an additional key. That issue aside, it would be a five star rating.

The mailbox looks great but it came with 1 key only. I need another key and the lock was a little loose.

Absolutely fantastic mailbox we are in love with it! It gives a very modern look to our house and has a very solid build.In response to another reviewer who said he had a difficult time getting keys made I took mine to my locksmith and he was able to duplicate the key no problem.For anyone looking for key duplicates the key blank used is ilco 1611

Very nice looking. Easy to install using four screws (easy access to holes). The full front panel folds open to get to mail. Nice slot cover keeps mail dry. Great capacity!! Will see hold it holds up to weather before I will give it
