Great customer service.
I had purchased this item, but was sent a SF Giants kids glove instead. I contacted the seller and they promptly rectified the error it by sending me the bat and ball. They even told me to keep the glove. What great customer service they have and will be purchasing any future items for our nieces and nephews from this seller.
