I got these resistance bands to add up to my home workout equipment. The quality of the product is just what I was expecting. The elastic bands look fragile but it works just fine and does what it's meant for. It comes with attachments, cushioned handles, and a carry bag. The bands can be stacked together for stronger resistance although the feel isn't the same as using heavy-duty gym equipment. These are suitable for beginners and for any fitness enthusiasts.
