Born to jeweler parents in South America, jewelry artist Vanessa Mellet had an early interest in artistic design and adornment. Today, she handcrafts jewelry from her California studio, still inspired by the vivid colors, traditional costumes, and natural surroundings of her formative years. Working with solid silver castings of her own design, she intricately adorns the Upscale Bohemian Earrings with sterling silver droplets and natural gemstones.
