Good quality have used 2 and both blew up and held up well. The plastic is thicker than other balloons I have bought.

DON’T BUY THESE BALLOONS ARE TRASH. I gave two balloons as gifts by the next day the air was deflating. I decided to make a balloon basket for my mom and I made sure to tie it off with a 260Q within two days the balloon was loosing air because the ribbon I had on it was loosen up. Now the ballon is even smaller days later. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I will be returning these.
