Larger than expected and not adjustable. Added a velcro strip inside the band and now it fits my head. Effective sun protection.

Fits husband's big gourd perfectly! He also likes the vents to help keep him from sweating so badly, while outside working.. He enjoys being able to snap up the sides when he wishes, and I like the fact it has UPF protection to protect his scalp (bald spot), ears and neck. Sun's rays are more intense these days! He's very light skinned, red haired and freckled which are major risk factors for melanoma, not to mention his father died of melanoma diagnosed at an early age. Lather up and cover up!

Great hat. I like the versatility in style and that it is gender neutral so anyone in the family can wear it. My husband has a larger head and a previous hat I purchased doesn't fit him without giving him headaches but this fits him nicely. It is also nice that not only does it provide protection from the UV rays and shield the face, it also has a mesh panel for added breathability. It comes in multiple colors that are easy to match. We are pleased with this; Overall it's a nice product. Easy to pack and travel with.

Nice lightweight hat made of quality materials that is machine washable. It's a real shame that it's too small for my gigantic freak head so I donated it to my wife who has a more typically sized human noggin. The hat is most attractive with its sides buttoned up Aussie style. The air vents are large so the wearer's head will stay cool in the hottest weather (man, I'm so bummed that I don't get to wear it!) I would buy one again - if they made a true one size fits all.

Pros:-the snaps on either side are very beneficial. While I like the wide brim, I found that my pack kept hitting the back and sides. When I snapped it up, I no longer felt like it was being pushed off my head.-I like the venting for 2 reasons: 1) It vents well, even on a very hot day 2) The venting mesh allows me to place a couple of flies on it for use when I go fishing.-The UV protection did its job well. No sunburn on areas that were protected, and I did receive sunburn on parts of my shoulder that was not shaded.-It holds the moisture well without damaging the hat. I dipped it in a creek to cool off and the hat did fantastic and held it's shape. Additionally, it trapped my sweat well and did not allow it to run down my face.Cons:-While it fits my head, it did not fit when I asked someone else to try it on. This is not one size fits all or adjustable.-It only snaps on the sides. If I need more visibility forward, I must remove the hat.All in all, I recommend it for quality UV protection and overall comfort.

One size does Not fit all- - - A little too big for my head...But Hubby will wear it next time we go fishing!

I use this for mowing and it saves my neck and ears from sunburn. Its comfortable and breathable
