I have bought refurbished Pc's before and this one from First Click is great value. I have used it to build a central digital music server at home to link to my Hi-FI around the house, it worked straight out of the box however for my use I had to remove most of the programs and re-configure the set up, I also added a basic graphics PCI-E card for multi display, and changed the DVD drive for a better one, perfect very fast and works a treat.Delivery was very quick DPD next day and packaging was very good plenty of protection. Well done First Click, highly recommended.

you need VGA, not HDMI.no built-in Bluetooth, so WIFI dongle supplied. But all this managed was 3Mbps.Returned.

Would give no stars if I could. The machine was so old it didn't have an HDMI port, essential for my needs. Said return was available but the label provided would not scan for any couriers. Contacted seller but got no response. Reprinted label but still would not scan. In the meantime the refund amount dropped from £129 to £108. Contacted Amazon who were brilliant. Immediate full refund and told to bin it. It is still on the back seat of my car and about to go in the skip.

Out of the packaging and working straight away; no complexity for us non techy people. My husband is delighted with the speed and quality of this HP PC

Nice PC for the priceQuick start-up and runs wellLooks good, "well presented"I had to do some work to improve graphics capabilities and some other drivers; that took some time and I also had to install stuff (eg DirectX) that Windows updates didn't pick up on.Also the PC wouldn't recognise the DVD drive so I had to research that online and fix it in the registry before I could update drivers for it.Testing at source Should have been better.Sounds a lot but running Great now and good value - definitely worth buying.

Fantastic bargain. Windows 11 and a very fast machine. I paired it with a 27” Screen and wireless keyboard and mouse. A present for my wife and she loves it. Very happy.

A bit dubious about buying a refurbished PC but this works really well, booted up first time with no issues so quite pleased. I have an ageing laptop which still works fairly well but thought something a bit faster would be better so decided on a desktop type for my little office would be a better option. The PC looks as though it was well looked after, no scratches or dints etc.. plenty of usb ports 4 on front and 6 on the back + other connection ports. It also has a dvd player which is a bonus these days, makes loading software much easier as I can use my older software programs. Hopefully it will last for years to come.

USB device not recognised the last USBdevice connected to the computer malfunctionedand Windows does not recognise it.
