LOVE - awesome for dry & sensitive skin
Korean Cleansing Balm Makeup Remover | WANDER BEAUTY B.O.M VOYAGE CLEANSING BALMI really love this cleansing balm - it has a sherbet texture that quickly melts into your skin and removes ALL of your makeup in one step. It left my skin clean and moisturized. It has a light clean scent. I usually use a two-step cleansing method but I found that using this alone with a microfiber cloth really does a wonderful job of cleansing. I found that if you have stubborn, waterproof makeup, just let this sit on the area for a minute or two before wiping away. I have super dry skin and this feels wonderful and hydrating while cleansing your skin.IngredientsCetyl Ethylhexanoate, Polyglyceryl-3 Cocoate, Trihydroxystearin, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Hydroxyacetophenone, Dipropylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Pyrus Communis (Pear) Fruit Extract, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil, Ethylhexylglycerin, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Hedera Helix (Ivy) Leaf/Stem Extract, Hippophae Rhamnoides Oil, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Fragaria Chiloensis (Strawberry) Fruit Extract, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizat

Almost there, but not quite.
Starts off like a thick cream, and is described as a balm, which i think is wrong, because balms for the most part come in a pot, or a stick, but this is a tube. So i squeezed it on my fingers, and applied it to my face, and it kind of melts, and becomes oily, and you can rub it in and massage with it, but then to actually get your dissolved make up off, you need some type of wipe, cloth, cotton pads, or foaming face wash to take off this residue of oily dirt and make up. My skin still felt a bit oily which i don’t particularly like, so i used an astringent toner to remover the last remaining trace of moisture. That’s something I’d prefer not to do, because it’s putting my skin into a state where it wants to produce more oil. If i did not take the extra step of getting that residue off my face, my skin would object and reward me with a breakout. It just seems inefficient, that you rub a thick cream in your face, that dissolves your make up, and then you wipe that off, it doesn’t seem like your face is properly clean to me, and having to do something else to make it feel properly clean. I don’t think this cleansing balm is for me. It smells ok, lightly fruity. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad cleanser, but i don’t think I’m the right person to be using this product. I normally use a certain foaming cleanser, which was discontinued, and have been searching for a Holy Grail cleanser ever since, as I only have a half tube left of the discontinued one. This will not be the replacement, but I’m sure this works wonderfully, for some people.

Banana Scented
I first was introduced to the Wander Beauty brand through a beauty subscription box. I really like the products that I have tried so far. This is my first time trying any skincare products of theirs. This is a balm cleanser. It is a waxy consistency. When you rub it between your hands with a little water, it melts into a slight lather. It's not a big foamy lather, but it is a lather. It has a pleasant scent of bananas! The banana Runts candy, specifically. I like it a lot. Though it's subtle and I don't really notice it unless I bring it close to my nose. It cleans well. I haven't been wearing a lot of make up lately, but it does seem to get whatever makeup I am wearing.

Works to remove makeup, must rinse off the balm
Essentially this is a moisturizing makeup remover. You still need to perform your regular skincare routine including cleansing (so double cleaning)This balm texture is slightly waxier and more solid than other cleansing balms I’ve used which have been on the runnier, oilier side. I think this is great for summer or if you live in a warm environment. I’ve noticed that those other softer balms tend to melt in the heat. This one stays solid. It’s not so hard that it pulls on the skin. It still spreads nicely, makeup wipes away after you allow the balm to warm up on the face. After adding water the balm turns to milk that moisturizes the skin. There is a residue. You need to follow up with a gentle cleanser and make sure you get all the Wander balm off. If you don’t, I noticed irritation in the form of itching.Still it works well to remove makeup and spf.The scent of pear is so faint, I barely smell it. I know this sounds weird but it smells like an empty PEZ dispenser. Slightly plastic, slightly fruity candy. But really it’s such a subtle fragrance. I like this balm.

Effective and Healthy!
I am always looking for gentle ways to cleanse my skin. That is why I wanted to try Wander Beauty’s Korean Cleansing balm. This cleanser is very thick and has a light, pleasant scent. It cleans effectively and does not dry my skin like many cleansers do. It removes every trace of makeup easily, without drying or irritating my sensitive skin. It must be the excellent ingredients it contains. It contains evening primrose oil, which is known for its anti-aging properties. It also contains jojoba seed oil, which soothes dry skin, protects it against damage, and effectively removes makeup. and pear fruit extract which balances the water content of the skin. It also helps to hold moisture in the skin. This cleansing balm is also rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and fatty acids for healthy skin. It is also great for what it does not contain. It contains no parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oil, fragrance, silicone, or alcohol. This is an effective and healthy way to clean your sensitive.

Worked well
This works almost like a cleanser because you still have rinse afterward. It had a thick texture so you only need to use just a little bit. When applied on the skin, spread it out and it will turn somewhat oily, massage the skin with it then rinse to remove the makeup, The balm cleaned makeup very well, I did not find any residue afterward. It has a very light scent that is hardly noticeable. I can’t really tell what it smells like but it was pleasant. Overall, a very decent makeup removal, it’s a bit on the pricey side but it seems like it will last for a while.
