Premium Coconut Milk by Marion’s Kitchen, BPA Free, Non GMO, All Natural, Unsweetened, Dairy Free, 12 Pack

I'm Asian so I know what pure coconut milk tastes like. The added ingredients listed are water and Guar Gum. If only water was added, the real coconut milk taste would still be there, so, it must be the Guar Gum that made it 'off' in my taste buds. For convenience sake, I don't mind using this product in my shakes or dishes.

There are many things that I like about this coconut milk:* Multiple 7oz portions rather than one larger 16oz container. All coconut milk products I tried so far have instructions to use all of it within 3 days from opening. That's not very practical if you only need to use a little each day in your coffee or in cooking. Smaller serving helps you use the milk within 3 days from opening it.* Portable. You can grab a container or two and take it with you wherever you go (getting real coconut milk is close to impossible at coffee shops, work places, other people's houses, etc.)* It's BPA free*It doesn't come in a can (cans either contain BPA or contain other chemicals in place of BPA of which very little is known, and some argue that those chemicals can be as toxic, if not more toxic, the BPA)*It's unsweetened*It tastes really good, and is very creamy. Works great in coffee, and even froths when steamed for great cappuccinos and lattes.My only complaint is that it contains guar gum. This is what makes it so creamy and prevents it from separating, but it's a food additive (even though it comes from natural sources). It's an extra thing added to our food that we don't necessarily need, and in large quantities can be problematic for some people. I consume this milk every single day, and I would prefer for it to be as close to it's natural source as possible (so pretty much, I don't want any food additives in it). Without guar gum this milk would separate and wouldn't be as creamy, so it's a tradeoff, but for me, this would be a perfect product without the guar gum.

I use these individual packets of coconut milk to make chia pudding. In a shaker bottle I pour in the whole packet of coconut milk and add maple syrup to taste for sweetness and stir in 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Shake and wait about 15 minutes and shake again and refrigerate. BTW I run warm water over the unopened packet first to melt the coconut oil so it slops cleanly from the packet. Delicious and nutritious.

I recently became a cold brew coffee convert, and since my first cold brew had coconut flavoring, I started looking for a great-tasting coconut milk to add to my coffee at home. Marion's Kitchen coconut milk is by far the best coconut milk out of the five different kinds I've tried. It's much creamier as well. I personally just use half a serving in coffee -- this is so pure that you really don't need an entire serving. I will definitely buy this again.

This is the best coconut milk on the market! It doesn't separate with a change in temperature. It works great as a creamer in tea and for cooking. I love it!

I have ordered this coconut milk many times, and it has always been awesome. Creamy, perfect for coffee. ( which is what I used it for) I could keep in fridge, shake and pour. This batch is oily, clumpy and turns solid in the fridge. I have used this product for a year, but am now stuck with several pouches I can't really use from this box.

Great product. The coconut milk is rich and creamy. I bought it to put in my smoothie. I now use it in my coffee instead of heavy cream. It is delicious. I love that the milk comes in the packets instead of cans.

This is the only coconut milk I can find that froths beautifully for a homemade latte! And it tastes amazing!
