Doesn't whip well on its own -- not a good choice for strict Keto diets
I cook for a strict Keto diet (zero sugar / less than 25 carbs daily), and I use a LOT of coconut cream. I was excited to try this brand mainly because it's not packaged in a can. I was also impressed with the glowing reviews. I didn't like that it has guar gum added (I prefer 100% coconut cream), but I wanted to try it anyway. I tried four pouches out of the Marion's Kitchen coconut cream and none of them would whip well. I whipped it exactly as I whip other brands every single day (refrigerate over night in glass / whip with electric beater), and even after whipping longer than usual the Marion's Kitchen cream had a number of waxy fingernail-size lumps throughout. I thought this might be a bad batch so I contacted the seller before writing this review. The seller said in order to get a smooth whip on their cream you must either add agar agar (which has a lot of carbs) or freeze it. I've never had to freeze coconut cream or add agar agar to any other brand of coconut cream to get a beautiful whip. This order was a waste of money and time for me. I regret trying it and would not buy it again.

Great product
I follow a low carb, high fat diet and use lots of coconut cream. I typically purchase the small cans (tomato paste size) but they are frequently separated. It takes some effort to stir them together or I just ended up pouring the liquid down the drain because I didn't want to bother. That's not a worry at all with this product. The pouches make it easy to mix. And since we use so much of it, we don't really have to worry about waste. The bag doesn't seal so you'll need to pour into a jar if you need to store it.*UPDATE 3.1.18*I just opened a pouch from a case I had recently purchased, and it's not as good as previous ones. It takes far more from this batch to give me the desired results in my coffee and tea, and the texture isn't as pleasant...it's far more oily. the quality may be hit or miss. If it's a hit, this is a great product.

2017 best new food to my repertoire
This stuff is absolutely delicious. Only lasts about a week in the frig, so plan accordingly, and never let it sit on the counter. I’ve tried both the cream and the milk. Both wonderful. My staple meal is brown rice topped with a homemade vegetable paste (soup without the broth), and I pour roughly 2 or 3 T of this and let it settle to the bottom. Really turns a healthy meal into a treat. Also occasionally eat cream of rice and add this. Tastes similar to ice cream, but without the harmful animal fat. It may be a saturated fat, and quantity should perhaps be limited, but way healthier as a plant fat than animal fat in my opinion. I don’t cook the coconut, just add it to my hot food just before eating, thinking I can maintain more of the health short/medium chain fatty acid benefits, though not sure if this is really necessary. Would be perfect for making ice cream. Adding re-closability would be an improvement, but I’m giving it 5 stars anyway.

Actually pretty good.
Actually pretty good.I’m giving that is four stars instead of five because of the way it was packaged and stored. You have to transition into another storage container immediately after opening if you aren’t going to use the entire thing. It doesn’t re-close, and the margin for error with this type of packaging is great. Other than that, it is creamy and flavorful. It even has a slight bitterness from the shelled coconut, that gives it that organic flavor.

Nice taste, a bit thin
This has a good taste but it’s a bit thin to call coconut cream.I will use it but only when I run out of actual coconut cream (the solid stuff at the top of a can of coconut milk)

great in my coffee and cocoa
I really am liking the coconut cream in my coffee. It mixes well and has a wonderful sweet taste so I don't need any sugar. It works great for mocha and hot chocolate. The pouches are just the right size for a couple of days of coffee. Thank you so much for a wonderful product. I am here on Amazon ordering some more!

Great product! I love the fact that they use all natural ingredients and pack in a pouch rather than a can. Would love to see a LARGER pack size. 24 oz would be awesome !

Awful Tastes Like Chemicals!
What a disappointment!I am from the Caribbean and I know EXACTLY what coconut cream, milk and water should taste like. This product tastes like someone took almond milk and added some flavorings to make it taste like coconut. And on top of that it has a "chemical" after taste to it.Horrible! At first I thought the product may have gone rancid, even though it simply didn't taste off, it tasted NOT like coconut cream. So I threw out that package and opened another one; same thing. So I eneded up throwing the whole box out.Yuck!
