This Ninja works really well. I was hesitant to order it because of a lot of negative reviews. Although, I did read one intelligent man’s review which made a lot of sense and that convinced me that I should definitely give this one a try.1. Yes, It is loud when you are using it with ice. Very loud! But the results are worth it. Anyway it’s only for one minute… Cover your ears!!!2. Very easy to clean. Each part is very carefully, And conveniently, designed.3. To avoid negative results… DO NOT Ever overfill. ALWAYS clean each component completely. Make sure you let everything DRY thoroughly to Prevent mold or mustiness.4. It’s really a nice looking Appliance. It also has little suction cups underneath of it to hold it in place. A very nice feature.5. Enjoy!!! The creamiest, smoothest, smoothies!!! Absolutely no chunks of ice or pieces of fruit or vegetables. Just pure Smoothie Delight!!!

This blender is very powerful and very loud! I don't mind the loudness as I live alone, but this will wake up an entire household. Just be warned. That being said, this thing can blend ANYTHING with ease. Easy clean-up. I only have ONE tiny suggestion to Ninja, if they even read this stuff: On the containers there is a "FILL LINE", but it is only on one side, so I frequently find myself continually flipping it around to see it. This fill line is quite important especially if you are blending frozen things as you truly DO NOT want to fill below the line in this case. Other than that, an excellent purchase. It does not take up large counter space as a food processor or blender would. Both containers provided come with lids that are air tight and great quality.

Bought about 2 weeks ago. Set up and take down takes like 3 seconds. Prepping my ingredients to putting the blender away can take as little as like 3 minutes if I'm doing a routine strawberry banana smoothie. It's powerful enough to make a smooth smoothie, no random ice chunks and stuff.It has 2 blend settings and a pulse setting. I like how the blend settings pulse a few times to make sure anything thicker that gets stuck at the top gets to settle and into the blades path.Easy to clean, easy to set up. The base has little suction cups to keep it from dancing across the counter. I love that the blend cups have a lid so you can make a smoothie and just pop the blades off, throw a cap on, and walk away.

I love it already. I got it from the Amazon Warehouse and was a little worried because of something else I just bought and returned because it was obviously not checked over well because it was returned and wasn't in "like new" condition. And I've purchased Echo devices through the Warehouse with no problem. But the Ninja I received today has helped restore my confidence in Amazon Warehouse items. The box was damaged as stated. But the product worked for me perfectly and had no cosmetic flaws that I have noticed. I was so tired of using the shaker cup I have that I opened the Ninja up right away and cleaned it and used it. Wow. I'm impressed. And to think I didn't know I could afford a Ninja blender. But thanks to Amazon Warehouse I got this one for almost half the price of a new one.It is powerful and quick and I'll have to try it out more to see what it's best points are. But for now it's just better than shaking my shakes by hand and them not being completely mixed after I shake and shake and shake. I am totally impressed right now and happy I could get a special price just because the box was damaged. And it is easy to clean. If you rinse it immediately after use it is like it hasn't been used at all. I'm sure I'll want to at least hand wash the items I have used tonight. But they were super easy to rinse clean after use. And I would definitely recommend this product and also say don't let one bad experience turn you away from Amazon Warehouse products. My experience is that they are as stated and will save you money.Just don't buy from individuals who claim their product is used but "like new".

I bought this blender in July 2019: eighteen months of daily use.Likes: It blend and smooths like a brute; very powerful. Everything gets well-pulverized, including frozen blocks of fruit, berries, raw carrots. Stringy things like celery, fresh mango, green beans, have a tendency to coat the blades with their fibers, but not a problem. The jars and lids are very sturdy (Lexan?). I've used the big one everyday and it has no chips, cracks or crazing; frequent use of dishwasher.Dislikes: Very noisy, but with power comes noise. It seems to have gotten louder over 18-months I've owned it.Unless top is carefully threaded and tightened, it will leak with widespread splashing: need to monitor and turn it off quickly or countertop, backsplash, floor and you will be "soiled." Leaks, too, will get below the jar and into the base which is a bear to clean, contributing to sour milk odor over time.The catch-22 is that, when the lid is on tight enough to prevent leaks, after blending the lid is difficult to take off.Blade axle intermittently binds and is difficult to turn by hand to clean thoroughly. Even in the semi-bound condition, the motor spins it with no problem. A few drops of vegetable oil seems to lube it up.Bottom line, if you like smooth smoothies every time, don't mind a loud noise in the morning and have strong hands, this blender is a great product.
