Q: I'm not a fan of microwaves but like oatmeal. Has anyone tried making oats in these mugs?

I wouldnt put them in microwave id be afraid to damage the microwave..just put in 0lastic container heat and then put in mug..its great at keeping things cold but not great at keeping things hot

Each mug should have it’s own seal. Make sure you have the seal fitted correctly, the flat side of the seal fits inwards into the grove and the raised edge on the other side of the seal should face protrude outwards. This is what enables the mug to seal when you fit the lid. You should feel a slight restriction, when pushing the lid onto the mug, if fitted correctly the mug should now be sealed. Hope this resolves the issue.
