We ask for refund and we’re send a new one and it’s not anymore valid for return. Wasted money and up with two items we won’t be able to used

Embarrassing
Bought the robots to bring to my two great nieces. It never worked on Christmas’s morning. The worst part is that I brought them overseas. I brought them wrapped in my packet book with care. Refund if you can and it won’t aid my niece’s disappointment.

I was disappointed when I opened the box. the Robot looked cheaply made. It does not cost the price charged for it. The ad was very deceiving.

Brilliant
This is absolutely amazing. Bought for our grandson he loves it . Chills him out . So very pleased with it . It is lovely watching the lights changing colour . Highly recommend this product.

Cool tricks and lots of fun for young kids
Young kids had a ball dancing with the robot and controlling its movements both with their hands and the controller

Worked for an hour, dead!
I sent this to my grand daughter for her birthday, They said it worked for an hour and died. It charges but does not turn on.I visited my granddaughter and worked on her robot. I found the on/off switch would stick in the off position. I removed the front button so we could pop the button up with a finger nail. Works perfect now.Hopefully this helps someone else. She loves it and also her cousin.
