Purchased this for some hip pain I started getting due to pregnancy. My stomach hasn’t grown enough yet for the pregnancy specific hip bands to fit comfortably but this works really well if I’m going to be standing or walking. Digs in uncomfortably when I sit but I don’t need it when I sit anyways so that’s not a big deal to me.

Liked the ease of wear. Liked how the velcro straps could be adjusted. I could tell when I took the belt off how much the belt helped to support my pelvic floor. The belt was a L/XL, my hips measured 42 in. Fit well.

I've only had this belt support for a day and it has already improved my lower back pain I've had for the last 3 days, which I believe is due to a strained muscle. As another reviewer mentioned, I don't know how this thing works, but it really does work! When I first put this on I really didn't have high hopes, but I have been pleasantly surprised. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!

This belt has really been helping with my husband's back pain. It's easy to wear and adjust. It's the best back belt out of all the belts he has used in the past that has actually given him the support and relief he was looking for!
