BOBLOV 6GB Body Camera

Me and my fiancé do delivery in the gig economy with companies like Doordash and Grubhub. An issue that is starting to come up in this industry is that some people lie about not getting their orders, the companies will send a text message or email to us stating that the person didnt get their order and they will ask us why. This can be very frustrating and good workers have been deactivated off of these platforms because of these lying customers . We purchased this body camera to record our whole shift so we will have proof that we are making every order and can turn in video proof if an issue ever comes up. I specifically chose this camera because it is smaller than most of the regular body cameras, it accepts a 256gb sd card (we use the 256gb sd card so we can go back a few days if needed), it has night vision, and the battery last a long time on a single charge (8 hours on 1296p video quality and 10 or more on 1080p video quality). There is also a timestamp and date on the video which is very help when turning in the evidence.We purchased two of these. I typically work shorter shifts so I have the video quality on my camera turned up as high as possible at 1296p . My fiance works longer shifts so her video quality is set at 1080p so the battery will last the duration of her shift (it can be more than 10 hours). Overall this camera is great, I would recommend it to anyone because it is easy to use. You can review the videos on the body camera itself or on a computer. We prefer to review them on the laptop because it is easy to look at the files created by the camera if you want to look for a date and time something occured. I couldnt find any other body camera that could accept a 256gb sd card on amazon, there are alot of good choices but that was the biggest reason that led to me choosing this one. We dont regret this purchase.

We record a lot of video on our adventures and thought it would be cool to add a body cam to the mix.This takes a micro sd card to record, and the quality of the recordings are high quality. We have even connected it to one of our dogs and it did a great job once we rigged it to record what the dog saw. The camera is real small but has a great little screen to be able to use to review and setup shots.We will be using this for any adventure in the near future. From the shooting range, security detail, bike rides, and playing with the dog, this camera is now part of the family.We've seen other body cams and this one had all the features and at the right price.

I've had the camera now for 2 weeks of daily use.I wear this when walking my dog, both in daytime and night conditions. There doesn't appear to be any built in stabilization (that I can tell), this isn't for cinematography. I wear a small daypack and it just hangs on one of the shoulder straps. Image is shaking as I walk, but is still very usable for bodycam/security type footage. Daytime it is good enough to get high enough captures for any need to identify someone or a car tag, but nighttime its going to be a lot harder to capture identifying info for it to do so for anything beyond 6 feet away; car tags at night just don't seem to happen very well unless there is very, very high illumination on the tag.Overall I am pretty happy with this purchase.Easy to use, I tend to charge it up every other day, and use it for about 2.5-3 hours a day. I tried to go longer than that, but leaving it (powered down) but on low battery overnight tends to wake up with a discharged battery. (This isn't unexpected, even a shelved rechargeable battery discharges.)It has both a stealth mode and a normal mode. The difference is stealth mode will disable the green standby and red recording leds on the front of the camera body and disable the sound feedback (if enabled at all in menu). It also has a 'motion detection' and 'dashcam' mode but I've not used either of those at all.I am able to plug this into OS X Catalina and it just shows up as a USB storage device, no need to even unseat the memory card from the camera. I've always deleted off videos, so no clue if this will loop over old footage or just report full. The standby LCD screen reads the space left on the card.

UPDATE 05-05-2021: I have sent two emails to [email protected] asking for help in show to save my menu settings, and where to download a proper and useful manual. I haven't received a response to either of the two emails, and if I don't get a response in the next few days, I'm returning this camera as defective.PREVIOUS RATING:I like the small size, and the fact that it uses 256Gb storage.What I don't like:1) The manual is completely unusable. After an excruciating struggle with the menu, and setting up everything the way I wanted, there is no way to figure out or find in the manual, how to save the settings. The final menu selection is "Reset Setup" and the choices are "Cancel" and "Yes". Neither choice saved my settings.2) Website support is non-existent on boblov.com. After registering my email address (now expecting a slew of marketing emails from Boblov), I am still unable to download a newer or hopefully better version of the manual, or obtain any form of support.3) Formatting the micro-USB mode requires the camera to be in the standby mode, but nowhere in the manual does it tell you how to get into or out of standby. I finally figured out that the camera automatically goes into standby when turned on, and cycles between standby between other functions like recording or taking a photo. I suppose that those familiar with Chinese junk would already have known this. Still, this should be mentioned in the beginning of the manual to avoid confusion.

This is a great product, good video day or night. Photos are great. Many extra features only in high end body cams, burst photo, fast forward review,long battery,auto IR nite vision, very small compact size, play back in unit is clear. I have Boblov C18, and now N9. Very happy with both. Will buy agine from Boblov.

Ja, die Kamera hat kein WLAN und keine GPS Ortung – aber dafür viele andere Vorteile. Ich habe verschiedene Bodycams in der Preiskategorie 50 – 150 Euro getestet. Die BOBLOV N9 ist für mich der beste Kompromiss zwischen Gewicht, Bedienungskomfort und technischen Optionen. Am Ende ist es eine Frage der Qualitätskomponenten und der Preiskategorie, die für die persönlichen Präferenzen entscheidend sind. Für mich waren folgende Punkte maßgeblich:- Gewicht und Größe: in Verbindung mit der BOBLOV Magnethalterung (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) perfekt zu tragen- Daten Management: einfache USB Verbindung mit der Kamera und Daten von der Speicherkarte runterladen (SD-Karte muss nicht aus der Kamera entnommen werden!)- Menüführung: Transparente Menüsteuerung (in Englisch - keine deutsche Version)- Videoqualität: Videoauflösung auf 480p, 720p, 1080p, 1296p und 2,7K einstellbar. Damit bedarfsgerechte Auswahl der VideoauflösungGPS oder WLAN Konnektivität sind für meine Einsatzbereiche nicht entscheidend. Ich setze die Kamera bei Mountainbike Touren und bei Hundespaziergängen ein, um den Realitätsverzerrungen bei Schadensverläufen mit anderen Hundebesitzern vorzubeugen.Leider sind die Clips nicht rotierbar. Der Customer Service hat sich sehr engagiert, diesen Mangel zu beheben. Unabhängig von dieser Einschränkung eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Pacco arrivato in ottime condizioni, la body Cam si presta bene e fa quello per la quale è stata ideata, le dimensioni la rendono discreta ma proprio le dimensioni riducono la qualità in generale. Non male. Non ho messo la quinta stella per il fatto che monta ancora un ingresso per ricarica micro USB ormai obsoleta e sia il software che le istruzioni non hanno la lingua italiana.
