The label on Amazon says 2 capsules for the stated 450mg/375mg serving, but the package itself says 1 capsule for 450mg/375mg. The capsules themselves do not weigh enough for it to be 1 capsule for the stated serving, and it's been brought up here on Amazon's site before but not addressed. The package is incorrect and has not been corrected. Of course, this brings into question any other claims the company and packaging makes!IF 2 capsules is the correct value, each capsule SHOULD weigh 412-413mg, PLUS it's own added and labelled corn fiber and capsule. Weighing 20 capsules gives values of 415-420mg. There is not enough margin for any filler and probably not even enough to account for the capsule itself... It certainly doesn't match 1 capsule=825mg each as the label says. Even at 2 capsules per serving, the weights are so close to accounting for the contents only, and not the stated filler and capsules they are in, that it makes even a "2 capsule serving" fishy....If it is addressed I am willing to change my review, but the product does not match the label or it's ad here as it stands!

When a product calls itself potassium and magnesium one would expect that the potassium, being the first listed ingredient would be the most. But no. It is only 12.8% of the daily value whereas magnesium is just under the 100% mark. What I needed more of predominantly was potassium. I should’ve read closer, yes, however I feel the name is misleading it should be vice a versa. But that is not the biggest problem with this product. Every single time I have swallowed a capsule, it seems to have dissolved inside me within two minutes flat and I am burping it out. A couple times it was so bad one would’ve thought that there was a puff of smoke coming out of my mouth as my mouth and nose filled the air around me with white powdered air. The capsules do not keep it in me long enough to absorb. And the taste is positively revolting and I cannot get rid of it. No! Gross! Put it in a capsule that will let it actually get down into my digestive system and it might do some half decent good but no, it just burps right all on out! Every time! And it’s beyond disgusting tasting when (always) this happens! I’m throwing them out as I write this because I cannot get the nasty taste out of my mouth.

I ordered this product 2 times: August 2019 and December 2019. It worked great when I started to take it. And when I ran out of it reordered. Second time it was not the same. I knew it right away because the capsules were whiter than before. Then I took one. Everything was fine until the powder suddenly was up in my mouth. I tried several times thinking I didn't drink enough water but nothing helped. The new capsules dissolve faster then the 'not improved' capsules. I can't take these new capsules, I have to find another brand.I gave 2 stars because it was working well and the packaging is thoughtful. Otherwise it would be 1 star.

I've taken both magnesium and potassium separately and have never had any side effects before. However, every time I when I take these together, my hands swell and itch severely. I also had some swollen blotchy patches on my face. It took me a few days to figure this out and I really wished that I hadn't tried it one more time, hoping that I'd get used to it.. I will have to return them. Not sure if if it's just me or I got a bad batch??

The Supplement Facts indicate "Serving Size: 2 Capsule;" The Suggested Use indicates: ". . .take one to two per day. . ."; not sure which is correct! Furthermore, although the package says "90 capsules," my package was a random mix of capsules and tablets. At first I thought maybe the potassium and magnesium were divided by capsules and tablets, but there was not an even amount of them. Don't have a clue what was in either the capsules or tablets.
