The assembly was very easy, I really liked the nut cutouts in the frame to install the casters. These nut holes help hold the casters as you are tightening them. The set cushion is luxurious and comfortable. The cylinder raises and lowers the seat effortlessly. Bask to the large 4" casters really makes a big difference going over cracks in the concrete. I had a minor cut in the seat cushion and the customer service to get it fixed was outstanding. They kept me informed and up to date as to what should happen next. For me, the customer service from Vevor really makes a big impression on customer satisfaction. Thank You.

Nice little stool but needs Improvements1. Nice wheels, they should last awhile on a clean surface2. They seat itself I would give a 6 out of 10 . Just not my style nor width.3. Plastic Turntable, where do I start.... Not much of a turntable, just a round piece of plastic that turns on seat down pole. You will want to make it into a real Turntable. Buy a 12 inch metal Turntable here off on Amazon and attach it to the bottom of the plastic piece, place over the seat holder down to the wheel carriage and now you got you a real turntable. Smooth as glass, no bumping and grinding

Great shop stool, but the caster wheels are junk. Up grade the casters and you"ll have the perfect chair.

The tray was in the way of my legs

This shop stool is very well made and seems to be built to last. Very easy assembly, just be careful to not the extended nose of the base points down. Look at the instruction diagram carefully as it is not intuitive. The seat height on the one I received is actually 18.25" to 24".I had a small issue and contacted customer service. They were very quick to respond and solved my issue in no time.Great product. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

i way 300 pounds and this is the best seat i have ever used the wheels are big and sturdy and i just love it i had theone from Canadian tire and home depot i almost killed myself on them little wheels the bearings came right out of the wheels and then it would jam and flip you on your butt when moving .....this one is the Cadillac of seats by fari just ordered another one for my partner

Bought this for my boyfriend and it took him less than 10 minutes to assemble. It gets heavy use in his forge and it's so comfortable to sit on and the wheels are high quality.
