Very functional
This is a great item for the tool box. Allows you to put light around a pipe or stud and the magnet can pick up droped metal items.Gave as a gift to a contractor friend and who used it the same day. It's a great thing when you find an item that works well and is very functional too.Will buy again.

"EVERYBODY needs toys!" This one is pretty cool. It features a telescoping light with a gooseneck to further direct that light and it has magnets on both ends for retrieving metal parts from tight places.

Very weak magnets would not lift a 2.2 Oz locking nut. But the light does work well and the general build in nice. It should not be advertised as a 10 lb magnet it should say 2 oz magnet pull.
