These are a great product. There's little to no taste when taking it there is no aftertaste that you feel come up at all I have been taking them for more than 3 months and I couldn't live without them honestly. I have more energy my mind is super focused and the sluggish feeling through the day is absolutely gone. With that not taking them is extremely noticeable you will notice the sluggishness and forgetfulness and all around low energy. I will continue to buy these as they are local for me as well so that is a plus! If you want to feel great think clear and all around feel more productive this is for you.

Update on month 3: GET THIS! Such a huge difference in my cognitive thinking and overall wellness. This is my holy grail supplement!
