Absolutely Gorgeous
Beautiful chandelier. I wasn’t sure about the K9 crystals because I am accustomed to lead crystal. I am happy to say they have all the shiny, glittery, sparkle my little raccoon heart could desire. Be sure to watch the instructional video if you are unsure on how to connect the crystal strands. One of my crystals was broken in the package but the seller quickly sent a replacement. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Assembly challenging but it’s worth the frustration!
Beautiful chandelier I placed over my bathtub. Assembly is a bit challenging. Every crystal has to be connected but value and beauty for the money was worth the frustration.

Came broken
Some of the glass pieces came broken. It was extremely difficult to put together, especially as I had to attempt to glue pieces together. I couldn’t get it to turn on without popping the breaker so I had an electrician come out. He couldn’t get it to work either and said inside wiring was the problem and he couldn’t fix it without completely rewiring it. t that point I gave up and sent it back.

Hard to put together
I’m giving this 4 stars because customer service is great. Had a broken charm and they replaced it fast and even gave more than needed. Looks really pretty . Was very hard to put together it literally comes in pieces. So 4 stars for hard assembly.

Absolutely Stunning!
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this chandelier for a bedroom and it did not disappoint! The quality of the crystals is excellent, considering the price. A couple of crystals had minor scratches, but none were chipped, broken or missing and you can’t see anything but sparkle once it is put together. This chandelier is not easy to install, but well worth the trouble. It looks absolutely stunning at every light intensity (I used dimmable bulbs). I am extremely pleased with my purchase and strongly recommend this product.
