This book is a fresh compilation of the classic grilled cheese sandwich! Ms. Werlin is a noted cheese expert and it shows! There's something in here for everyone. Very unique and creative combinations of cheeses and condiments that are sure to please. Prior to purchasing this book, I read an unfavorable review by a "broke college student." This book utilizes a number of fine cheeses that may be a stretch of the budget of a student. Perhaps she selected the wrong book. I believe that her review was unfair in that she seemed to expect the book to meet her budget. These recipes would not be suitable for children or broke college students. I don't believe that this was the intention. The only improvement that could be made would be an excellent tomato soup recipe. Well done, Ms. Werlin!

Its Grilled Cheese -- what is not to like! We had a comfort food party and I picked Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup for my contribution. The book helped with a lot of suggestions. I made three soups which I served in shooter glasses along side several suggestions from the book cut into mini bites. It was great hit and everything was so easy to make.Nothing earth shattering in the recipes, but some good ideas

This will make the second time I have purchased this cookbook. I purchased it the 1st time as a gift however this time it is a copy for me! This is a smaller size cookbook but it is thick with some Great recipes and pictures! It has so many new ideas and recipes for Grilled Cheese! I would Highly Recommend it to any cheese lover or cook!

Great recipes in here although some of the different cheeses and ingredients are little odd and expensive. Lots of fun ideas and it's a good way to introduce new foods to picky eaters who just so happen to love grilled cheese.

I purchased this book as a gift for my dad who really likes grilled cheese. The recipes are not overly complicated; however, there are some ingredients that will be difficult to find in this area.

This was a Christmas gift for a co-worker who was on a quest to find the greatest grilled cheese sandwich!

There are some great recipes in this book but most are not accompanied by a picture. This is just a personal preference thing, but I like to see what I am making before I attempt it.

Grilled Cheese Please was a book on a Christmas wish list! The recipient was very happy to have this book in his collection! He has made quite a few recipes from this book and enjoyed the book almost as much as he enjoys cheese! He loves cheese!
