It is lightweight and comfortable.

This waist band fit snug and firm. I use this when I'm in the sauna. I'm a bigger guy just under 300lbs. I've tried other bands in the past and they always feel cheap. This is the first one I've used that actually feels like it's made our of quality material. You never have to worry about this thing smelling back cause you can wash it in the laundry.

Nice to have three attachments. Good amount of force. Good height to compress lower and middle back. I would give it a four at first but the velcros are starting not to hold as well now that I have had it a while. This is a common problem with velcro belts, though.

Finally someone got it right. Your body is not straight up and down, it’s curvy. If not it should be, mine is. With this belt I am able to adjust the three bands to make it fit my curves. And also helps to keep it from moving around as I am doing an activity. It’s not for your back support but it helps me with my lower back.Hope this helps. Everyone is unique and different and don’t you love that?
