Finally someone got it right. Your body is not straight up and down, it’s curvy. If not it should be, mine is. With this belt I am able to adjust the three bands to make it fit my curves. And also helps to keep it from moving around as I am doing an activity. It’s not for your back support but it helps me with my lower back.Hope this helps. I’m using an ems muscle stimulation belt. I used this Velcro sweat belt to go on top of that belt so I can dial in the muscle stimulation. It allows for the muscle stimulation pads not to go dry and ads a layer of compression so that the ems is always touching my skin. It’s working well.

unfortunately this size was the best option because of the width but the length is ridiculous. it practically goes all the way around. but i'll use it to help keep my stomach in so my back doesn't hurt as much.

Inside cracks and peels, the Velcro doesn’t stay closed. You r continuously closing one of the three straps. I love the small pocket, I use it for my locker key. I should have returned it, you get tired of going thru, all of that. Would I order another one maybe. I have bought four
