Perfect for DIY greenhouse
I use these clamps to attach plastic around my wire shelving unit to keep humidity in. Worked perfectly on 1 inch posts.

Work great but would be better if more durable.
Built pvc frame green house structure to start garden seedlings and these worked great in holding on plastic and bird netting but often broke after multiple uses.

Sharp corners can cut cloth or vinyl.
Disliked the sharp points on corners. Can cut the fabric or polyvinyl coverings with any weather resistance . Apply cautiously.

Not the best clamp.
We had moderate winds the other day and these clamps had a tendency to fall off. I would probably order spring loaded clamps the next time. These clamps are not very sturdy.
