I was so excited when I received my Jar that I started two new batches of Kombucha being able to write what type of Kombucha Batch I was making made it so easy. I love the fact no more rubber bands the lids fit perfect with the cloth. Once my apple trees start to produce I will be using these to make my apple cider vinegar as well. if you are into making Kombucha, Kefir or Apple Cider Vinegar these Jar are a great buy and excellent to use.

We're new to the kombucha brewing world but wanted to make sure that what we purchased was high quality and we didn't want anything that was made out of plastic. These jars fit the bill--they are super high quality and well designed. The lids and muslin cloths are a great addition--they fit perfectly. Love that we can keep track of dates on the outside with the chalkboard labels. We can't wait to start ours!!

Convenient jars that make it a little easier to secure cloth over your kombucha brew. The inserts that are meant to be used to create a fully closed lid are flimsy and won't help the jars be of much useful for other purposes. But for kombucha brewing purposes only, these are decent jars.

These jars are great for making two batches of Kombucha at the same time.
