Felicia Organic - Buckwheat Penne (Pack of 6)

Felicia Buckwheat pasta is hands down the best gluten free pasta but pricing needs improvement. It maintains texture, takes on the flavor of the sauce beautifully, and even is delicious eaten the next day. No falling apart like the rice/corn pastas. It is fabulous and no other pasta comes close. It is five star quality but I give it four stars because I feel $4.00 for 8 ounces of pasta is a high price. I buy it in the hope that by creating demand for the product, the price will eventually fall. Makers of gluten free products need to get a reality check on price. I've seen this brand with a 12 ounce box. Why was that discontinued? Why not offer a 16 ounce box? And why is the price not discounted if I am buying six boxes at once?

I love this stuff. I am allergic to wheat and searched for years for a healthy pasta replacement. Along came Felicia's Buckwheat Pasta and it's a great substitute. I just wish the price were better - I used to be able to buy this at my local Co-op for 1/2 the price but they stopped carrying it.

This pasta has a rich nutty flavor and I've been using it for years. Slowly, the packages have gotten smaller and the price keeps going up. If you can find a health food store that carries it, it is nearly half the price as on Amazon.

My son's dietician wants him to eat more iron containing grains. We switched from brown rice pasta to this. (I was worried about too much arsenic in the rice pasta anyway.) It definitely looks and smells different than the rice pasta and I was pretty sure my son would reject it. Surprisingly he loves it! He prefers it to the rice pasta. It has 15% of the RDA for Iron which is higher than most products and it seems to be natural to the grain, rather than enriched. And it's Organic and Gluten Free.

Great pasta. But when I went to order some more, to my dismay, it is no longer available. The official email address is dead. It looks like the company has gone under. Such a shame. My favourite pasta.

If you love buckwheat and you are gluten-free, this pasta is definitely for you. It has perfect texture and amazing flavor.The price is high, especially because the package is only 8 oz (227g). The box is hard to open without tearing it apart.

This is the best buckwheat/ gluten free pasta out there for the price. We have been buying it for several years and Amazon has always had the best price. I see they don’t have it stocked now. I hope they continue to care it

These are fantastic for any pasta dish! They hold up well to any food dish you add them to! They even stay firm in sauces and the flavor profile is amazing! If you need a pasta replacement, you must try these!
