I am consistently shocked at how much taking Magnesium at bedtime improves my sleep quality. It's not a sleep aid- it just seems like any amount of sleep that I get charges me back up more than the same amount of sleep w/o magnesium. For my job, I sometimes can only sneak in about 5-6 hours of sleep, but if I take Magnesium I still wake up feeling well rested. I've found most brands of Magnesium give me heartburn, but this one does not.

You want reviews too soon. when buying supplements and such, give the customer a few weeks to a month to see if it is worth buying or not. This stuff doesn't work immediately, it takes a while. Now if I should purchase it again, then I could give a fair review! Thank you.

Hard to swallow
