IRIS Portable Project Case with Buckle, 10 Pack, Clear

This small, plastic, see through box is great for storing small projects and can easily be carried around. The snap locks in place, keeping everything safe inside.There are various degrees of hardness when it comes to plastic. If you are using Iris Portable Project Case as a clipboard, like me, the center of the case gives give somewhat. The product dimensions are somewhat off too. Above, it says 12 x 10 x 1 inches. My measurements were 12 (actually, it's slightly-slightly over) x 9 (if you allow room for the latch in the middle) x 1-½. If you need a portable case to carry something as thick as a five-subject notebook, this will be too thin. A 8-1/2 x 11-3/4 legal pad would work perfectly though, leaving room for pens/pencils, a calculator, some index cards and a ruler.Although you can stack these, there are no grooves on the bottom to keep the case above from sliding off. However, there are small legs on the side where you can place the case upright, like a briefcase.All-in-all, I'm pleased with this purchase!

I was looking for a case to store my 9x12 watercolor paper without going up to the 12x12 scrapbooking size. I took a chance on these, since I couldn’t find an exact answer, and I’m so glad I did! YES, they fit 9x12 paper. And yes, they also fit perfectly inside 13” cubical shelves like Kallax. After receiving the first one, I ordered two more. Quality seems great so far. Easy to latch and unlatch, and sturdy enough hold up when full.

I bought this to store some papers that can't be bent. The quality of the plastic is great, but it is a little pricey for only one container. The hinge isn't the best, but I don't why other reviewers are complaining so much. It still holds pretty decently.

This is a perfect size for storage without being too bulky for travel. The plastic is nice and solid. I have to be holding the case at just the right angle and apply pressure in exactly the right direction to get the latch to open, but I have a sneaking suspicion it's a left-handed thing. The latch difficulty can be a bit irritating, but it's definitely better than the case popping open when you don't want it to.

This case worked super for my husbands latest project. He designed a circuit with LEDs to display our house number so that people can find us at night. With a piece of parchment paper over the LEDS, the display is beautiful, but we had to figure out how to set this in a window.This case worked out perfectly. The board was 8x10 and laid in the box. He then taped a piece of parchment on the LED side and closed it. The box sits on the window frame and voila-- people looking for our house see our house number. Ok, ok, ok, so it's not what people expect for a 'project case', but it's great for our 'project' (*grin*).

I bought this set of 10 after only buying a set of 3. I am a teacher and I use it to keep papers I need to bring home and grade, instead of shoving them in my bag and getting all bent/wrinkled. I have 5 sections with about 120 students and I fit a set of tests for each class in one case. After over a year of using, I am still on my first case. Well worth the money! I have also seen people use them to keep important documents and other stationary.

Very handy for all kinds of things! I keep buying these as I find more things to do with them. Sheets of paper fit perfectly and our grand daughter wanted one for her drawings. Hubby wanted one for some files he wanted to keep and have handy. I use them for storing large flat things. The latch locks tight without danger of anything falling out. I like that it is easy to see what is in it too.

This project case is sturdy, locks shut with a snap and interlocks when stacked. I use them for organizing projects, keeping all papers, clippings and other assorted materials together until the project is completed. The are also great for storage of completed works and papers. They easily hole an id label centered on the front snap lock.

This is the second time I’ve ordered these and they are great !! Just like the first set, great for paperwork. I put all one years taxes in these one container per year.
