The best Raspberry drink money can buy...
It’s expensive, but then again, what premium quality tackle isn’t? And it really is premium quality. The flavour is exquisite: literally tastes of nothing but raspberries and sugar, there’s no aftertaste, no nastiness on the roof of your mouth, just pure sweetened fruit. I use it to make Soda Stream drinks and, although I indulge myself with a pure Monin bottle when I 1st receive one, I make it last thereafter by using 2/3 Vimto and 1/3 Monin syrup. The flavour is strong enough to overpower the Vimto, so it just tastes a little less strong of raspberries, compared to a 100% Monin top up.

Mmmmm nice.
My daughter bought this stuff to make "bubble tea".Shes not let me have any so far. She says it's lovely and seems very happy. I think its looks a bit like overpriced cordial but shes made her bubble tea and says it's just like the stuff they sell in the bubble tea place.... I reckon she can make quite a few drinks from this bottle. That seems like a thumbs up to me. I once made something that tasted like the same thing that gets sold somewhere else. Must be a good thing.... Unless it's that new pasty shop that's closed now.

Strawberry flavour for real
I was prepared to be disappinted however this has a lovely strawberry flavour. As with many of these fruit flavoured syrups you need to be careful when adding to hot milk as it sort of curdles a little, however practise and you can get it right. The BIG bonus for me was when drizzled on proper Cornish Clotted Ice Cream, wow that is so delicious. Roll on the Summer :-)

Tastes like fresh strawberries
It's surprisingly tricky to find strawberry syrup in the UK when it's really available in France, luckily Monin stocks every flavour under the sun and they're wonderful. This syrup even has that refreshing aftertaste of biting into a fresh strawberry. This works perfectly in cocktails or just mixed with cold water. It arrived well packaged and protected.

Making Your Own Raspberry Pop
One of the flavours of 'fizzy pop' that I miss most from childhood, is raspberry cream soda - search as I have done I can't find any anywhere. Raspberry and apple and raspberry and other fruits, but not raspberry cream soda. So next best thing was to make my own, so I tried Monin Raspberry syrup and mixed it with carbonated water. It's not quite exactly how I remember 'raspberry pop', but it's certainly pretty close to it and the next best thing. I'll most certainly buy some more of it. Come back Corona, please lol, lol.

Lots of sugar and little raspberry taste
I seem to be a lone voice of dissent regarding this syrup. I love many of Monin’s other syrup flavours but from this I only get an overwhelming taste of sugar - irrespective of how much I dilute it - and very, VERY little raspberry taste. I suppose if you wanted to cut a very dry and acidic Prosecco or Champagne with it, maybe that would work well. But as a beverage with water/sparkling water....no. It lacks raspberry flavour and the intense sweetness isn’t balanced by something acidic. Shame, as the bottle is BIG, thus good value for money. But I had significantly better, fruitier tasting syrups from Lidl. Back to hunting for a more flavourful raspberry syrup....

Lovely flavour
There’s not much to say with these bottles, I haven’t found one that I don’t like. This is no different, it’s nit as over powering s I found the cherry. which is also lovely. I want to try them all. Highly unlikely and I think my dentist would have a lot to say on the matter. Again i would easily recommend? Yhkuraghky enulysbke

Stronger than the strawberry syrup!
This is delicious, and is quite a bit stronger in flavour than the strawberry variety. It has a true raspberry milkshake taste, lovely! I use this to make ice pops and it's fab. Haven't tried it in milkshake yet.
