Great quality and customer service
The quality of the puzzle is good. It was shipped quickly. My only complaint is there were missing puzzle pieces.Update -contacted customer service. They have resolved my issue.

Piece missing from puzzle!
A beautiful picture, but very disappointing. The picture could not be completed as it was missing a piece, as is shown in the picture provided. We had also received a duplicate blue piece, also shown in the picture provided.

A tropical Escape
My mother and I decided that we wanted to do a puzzle during the cold months. Of course a beach puzzle would fit the timing just right! The puzzle is challenging, but doable. I will say there can be a nast glare denpending on the light situation. It could just be wear we are doing the puzzle, but the glare adds a little more trickyness to putting it together.
