STYLPRO SQUEEZE MAKEUP SPONGE CLEANER

I’ve been waiting for a product like this to arrive, and it’s finally here!! I bought this makeup sponge cleaner the same day that I knew of its existence, and I’m so happy that I did because I absolutely adore it! I’m only 31 years old, but I’ve already had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand, and need it done on my left hand, so the many squeeze/resoak/squeeze/resoak that it took to wash/rinse my makeup sponges could sometimes become extremely painful. So much so that my husband would offer to do that part. Having this makeup sponge cleaner on hand has eliminated the need for me to have help from anyone, while doing something that can be extremely satisfying to watch! Watching all the foundation being mashed out of the sponge and then also being spun out is very satisfying! I will admit that sometimes after the sponge cleaner has finished spinning, I have found a watered down “line” of foundation in the clean sponges that was created from it being clamped down in the cleaner/spinner. To combat this, I do a rinse cycle. I mash all of my sponges individually for the initial cleaning, but for my “rinse cycle” I just add clean boiling water into the bowl and mash them one more time, but altogether. Then I do one additional spin for each sponge/blender. This device works perfectly, and it really has helped me complete a task that was very very painful without it…and to do it SOOO much quicker!

I thought I was getting my beauty blender/makeup sponges clean. Then I saw how this sponge cleaner worked and I was curious. Imagine my surprise and pleasure when I put it to the test and found that there was still makeup hiding in the sponges. I just don't have the strength in my hands to really, really squeeze out all of the makeup. I thought I did. Now I know that all the makeup is being removed and my sponges truly are clean. And it's easy to use. I'm very happy I bought this.

I normally put my sponges in a lingerie mesh bag and toss them in the washing machine after using a bit of Dawn dishwashing detergent. Yes, some makeup stains remain on the sponge but since I use hot water, I know they are clean and disinfected and I really don't have to do much else.This kit requires a LOT of steps for the same outcome although it does remove stains. I just don't like the cleanser that is used with the system since my sponges feel like they have used makeup remover oil on them and I feel that I really need to clean them again in hot water to remove that residue.Steps:Dampen sponge and place in bowl. Soak your dirty makeup sponge in 20ml of Vegan Sponge Sparkle Cleanser.For best results, massage cleanser in using the press.Carefully fill the bowl to the fill line, with recently boiled water.Push the button on the press, pull the handle up and lock the press open.Using the open press, knead the makeup sponge a few times against the bowl base.For best results, wait 60 seconds. Scoop up the makeup sponge with the press, push the button and carefully squeeze it closed.Attach the pebble, and spin your sponge to its former glory! Doesn't work as described. I guess if you don't have grip strength in your hands anymore this might be good? Otherwise, it's more effective to just get a beautyblender sponge cleaning kit and cleaning it yourself.

First off thank you @IamJulieKay on TikTok. She did a video on it and became a must have and I am not regretting the purchase. I used to hate cleaning my beauty blenders now I use them for one reason just to clean them.. if it’s still available but this!! It saves a lot of time and the spin dries it quicker.

The media could not be loaded.  This tool is very easy to use to clean all the dirt and germs off your make up sponges. It comes with everything you need including the sparkle cleaner. You do have to boil water to put in the cleaner so it does take a few minutes to do that but other than that this is very easy and quick to use. It has a spinner that can clean the sponge in the water and also help to dry your sponges out after they are clean. I can definitely tell a difference in my make up sponges.

Not a good purchase. The product barely worked and took a while for it to even clean the sponges. I do not recommend it.

This worked ok. It was overall not preferable to hand washing for me in terms of time and steps that were needed. However, as a Neurodivergent person, I think this could be a great kit for those who have sensory issues with soaking wet dirty makeup sponges. Or even for those with really long nice nails they don't want to possibly damage through the whole cleaning process which manually, is pretty time-consuming too. I would however like to find a different cleanser that works well with this system as this one leaves a bit of a residue.

Ho preso questo prodotto perché della stessa marca ho il lavapennelli . Ma niente a che vedere!! Lo squeeze non fa assolutamente ciò che dice. Lava abbastanza bene ma non asciuga per nulla.Ho utilizzato la spugna real techniques.Ho provato a fare il reso ma le spese di spedizione (a mio carico) sono più alte del prezzo del prodotto 🤷‍♀️

One item had a scratch on top of the product and the other had three long black hairs enclosed in the bowl which grossed me out even though you would of course wash it beforehand.They were ordered as gifts and unfortunately can’t be replaced in time (as advised by Amazon) so I’ve had to clean out the hairs and will just have to apologise for the scratched top. I don’t think the price reflects the quality.

You have to physically push the squeezing device yourself and I found that squeezing with my hand was a lot more effective than with the device. The device just made it more difficult to get the dirty water out.My makeup sponges also didn't dry that well and I had to pop them on the radiator for them to fully dry after spinning for what felt like a lot of minutes.However, the cleaning solution is amazing and I would definitely purchase that again to clean my sponges.
