Go Mai Women Kentucky Derby Hat Organza Hats Two Wear Ways,Hat Flower Can Be Used As a Headwear

The hat came in a small plastic bag and the hat was completely flattened and the brim folded so it looked a mess. I stuffed the hat with hand towels and massages the hand towels to fit so the hat would shape to the right shape. Then I used a steamer to get the entire hat to shape properly. If you don’t have a way of steaming the hat, it will not shape properly and will look a horrid mess.

The previous reviews are correct about the hat being mishapen when it arrives but i followed the instructions of one review to take a damp towel and insert it into the hat and let it sit overnight .I also dampened the brim of the hat and fluffed it out so it has time to open up.I made one mistake by trying to take a hair dryer to "steam " it after it was dampened. Do not do this.. it will damage the hat. Luckily i realized it before it burned a large hole in the brim. It did a little damage but was not noticible.Wore it outside when it was very windy and it stayed on my head while all the other hats on my friends were flying off. Use the draw string inside the hat to tighten it to fit!

My sister loved it and it looked good on her. The problem I had, with the 5 hats I purchased, is they come twisted or flat so it takes a while to get them in shape.

I’m beyond upset. It took days to find a hat that I liked, and that matched my dress, for a Tea that I’m hosting in two days. I was very excited after reading the reviews and finding the perfect product. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package to discover a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT HAT! Now I’m heated. I have less than 48 hours to find & purchase a hat OR change my entire wardrobe. Thanks for nothing

For the price...... I should have likely known better. The pictures are lovely. The concept (fascinator hat combo) lovely. And if the colors were as vibrant in person ad in the photos I would give 3 stars. My advice? Manage your expectations and you will.be far more satisfied. Dimensions of hat to head in reality also seem off from the photo.

BOTH HATS I ORDERED WERE CRUSHED AND WRINKLED , CRAMMED IN A SMALL PIECE OF PLASTIC AND VERY SMALL BOX.NO WAY TO GET THE HAT BACK IN SHAPE......WHAT A WASTE ......THEYSHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT IN A SEPERATE BOX AND NOT FOLDED AND CRUSHED. I WOULD HAVE FIRE THE PERSON WHO PACKAGED THESE NICE HATS THE WAY THEY DID .NO WAY TO FIX!

I got a couple hats to celebrate the Kentucky Derby with my mother who has Alzheimers. We got dressed up and then I gave her the hat. She got really excited and wore it on and off the rest of the day even after we changed clothes. She absolutely loves this hat, so much so she has it hung on her bedroom wall. Everyone who sees it loves it. The value was well worth it.

Was a bit worried at the other comments about needing to take creases out and reshape it. This hat is beautiful for the price. I took it out I’d the bubble envelope, fluffed it up for a couple of minutes and it’s perfect!! Planning to put some long feathers in it and some toy horses. Will be the hit at my friends Derby party in May.
