Do not buy this product. Incredibly, someone (Stanley?) went to the trouble to mass produce a belt buckle that simply does not work to hold the two ends of a belt securely in place. The workmanship is stunningly attractive and totally ineffective. It might hold a few sheets of paper in place in a mild breeze but it will not hold up your pants. A few hours and several searches of the Internet confirms this review. Keep looking.

While this buckle is unique in appearance, and solidly constructed, it does not hold the belt - any pull on the belt releases the mechanism. Useless for standard thickness web belts..

I completely agree with the other reviewers that have said that the belt buckle that stanley makes is worse than useless. It comes undone if you just stretch a little too much. Don't even think about picking up something heavy - like a case of water. This belt buckle can't handle that. Bogus !
