Easy and filling

We repurchase these EVERY TIME we run out. Yes, they're pricier than ramen, but you will NEVER, EVER go back to ramen noodles again. They are quite simple delicious. (Just don't overcook them or they're mushy and tasteless!)

So here I was, trucking around the local Lion Market, always on the lookout for something I can use in a pinch or take along camping. So many noodles have The Big Cheat (Monosodium Glutamate aka MSG aka E621 aka 'and spices') which causes me debilitating migraine headaches, so I keep away from them. Sometimes there are noodles which are free of additional (aside natural occuring in seaweed content) but taste like warmed over damp newspaper.I hazard a chance and pick up a few different flavors and take them home to try. I've found the favor of GreeNoodle Yakisoba, Shiitake Mushroom & Soy Sauce, Miso and Tom Yum to be highly satisfactory, even delicious. Far superior to the other MSG-free offerings. Usually I'll add some green peas, asparagus and a slice of onion, or when camping a drained can of mixed vegetables, to stretch out a dinner.GreeNoodle have become standard fare in my camp kitchen and I hope they continue to offer these fine noodles for years to come.

I purchased the GreeNoodle with Yakisoba Sauce Full Box (48 Count), in 2012.I bought this item while being deployed overseas due to not so great food service. It tasted alright, co-workers didn't like it as much. It's healther than Ramen though.
