A workhorse!
I ordered this scooter over a year ago. I am 76 yr. old i havewoman. I assembled it myself and drove it right away.I purchased it because I live in the country with lots of caliche and native grass in my yard. The description indicated it might work.I gambled and I'm so glad I did.I use it to go out to the barn, but today I used it to go out to my driveway gate (Caliche road). The delivery man had mistakenly left 30 lbs. of dogfood there instead of at my door. I loaded it on my scooter and carried it back to the house, up a 12 ft. ramp to my back door.WOW!NOW the down side is that it is heavy. I drive a Chevy HHR. I loaded it in the back one time but will not be doing it again without some disassembly.Unless of course you have a "hunk" that can do the heavy lifting.. LOLIt is on the larger side of scooters, definitely not a fold-and-go.I would not trade it for anything! If you want to be outside on a scooter that can drive on almost any surface I recommend this one. Tires are puncture proof, an added benefit and sits high off the ground.(I have since purchased a fold-and-go that goes in the back of my car. Still heavy but manageable. My "hunk" passed away.)

Don’t buy this scooter
The battery comes loose with the slightest bump. I’ve tried to call the company 100 times and get the same recording every time to call back later. No leave a message. Just called prior to submitting this review for fairness. Nothing. I semi fixed it by securing the battery with heavy duty bungee style cords but it will still come loose leaving the little old lady I bought it for stranded and embarrassed. Amazon should seriously think about dropping this product and company

wife likes it
I thought it came with a hitch for a wagon, other than that it seems to be a good little scooter

It broke 1st time using it
3-12-23Just received this in the mail yesterday it did come faster than expected so that was a plus. Decided to bring it to Legoland today and while I was riding it the knob that controls the handle part going up and down just fell off no reason at all. I've sent a message to the seller but it said it could be days before they respond. Not sure how I'm going to get this back into my car to go home now. I'll give update once I have one.3-13-23*update*The seller replied quicker then expected yesterday. Was just told a little bit ago that the are shipping out a replacement knob to me.3-16-23*Update*The replacement knob just arrived in the mail. They sent it priority mail.

The ease of use
The scooter is comfortable and easy to use. I have trouble walking any distance so the scooter is helpful to get outside more with my family.

Great inexpensive mobility scooter
I looked around at the "name brand" mobility scooter and this one is exactly like several of the "name branded" scooters, BUT $200 to $400 less. I received it in 4 days from California to Florida, FAST SHIPPING. The scooter was well packed in the shipping box. It was nearly assembled in 5 pieces (the base and tiller, the battery, the seat, the seat arms, and the basket). Took me less than 30 minutes to assemble, WITH NO TOOLS other than my fingers!!!!!! The battery was nearly fully charged, so after I assembled it I was off to the races.I rode it from my living room, where I assembled it, to my driveway, Did a few laps of the driveway (I have a large driveway), then off into the street immediately in front of my house. Mind you it's 11PM, so its dark, the headlight lit the way perfectly fine. After a few laps of the street, it was up to the corner convenience store (about 1/2 mile away) and back, it did great. All in all, I suppose I rode the little red "hot rod" for about 2 miles. The battery meter never went down.I've now come in for the evening and have place the scooter on the charger. So far, I'd have to give it a 10 out of ten. The ONLY "complaint" I have is that it doesn't have tail lights, only reflectors, but then again, how much am I going to be using it when I need tail lights. So specifics, I'm 5' 8" tall and weigh 245#. The scooter fit me well and had plenty of zip to get me around. We're going to Universal Studios Orlando next month, so If I discover any limitations in that trip, I'll update this review.***** UPDATE *****Our Universal Studios Orlando trip is behind us and we are MORE PLEASED with the scooter. As someone in another review pointed out, the ground clearance is lackluster and any door threshold higher than and inch or so causes the scooter to "ground", BUT we never encountered that at the park. The scooter did a 2x days long service at the park (10 hours each day) and never complained or failed us. AGAIN, I highly recommend this scooter. The only complaint my wife has about the scooter is she wihes the seat back were higher. I got her a gel seat cushion which was quite comfy for her rear, I'll probably buy a fishing boat seat with a higher back and replace the seat.
