Easy instant cold for 20+ minutes!
These are great! I’ve taken them on two trips and am going to start using them on short trips around home when I can’t use my regular ice packs. I have bad knees and use a regular ice pack/sleeve combination from CVS for them. When I don’t have a freezer I take the regular ice packs out and insert these activated cold packs into the sleeves (they are just the right size) and Velcro them around my knees. The cold lasts about 20 minutes and really helps my knees. I’ve even given some to other people who have aches and pains or who need to cool off in the hot weather. They have been a Godsend for me. They are fun to pop ....though you may have to twist them and then shake to distribute the cold. So far I have had no trouble taking them in my carryons on the plane.

Not quite what I was looking for.
I thought these would be good to help with some knee swelling, during an upcoming European trip. I tried one immediately. It got cold, but not cold enough to help with inflammation. It did stay semi-cold for about 15 minutes. Also, each packet is a little weighty, which, if I chose to pack several, would add significantly to my 50lb suitcase limit. I returned them. I will probably get an ice bag for ice cubes instead.

This was more than we expected. Great price. I can’t believe how a little packet like this turns into a cold packet almost instantly. And there are so many.

Excellent when traveling
Works very well, easy to activate and they stay cold for quite a while. Great for my aching back on a recent weekend trip. Good price too.

Great for athletes!
These packs are easy to use and we keep them on hand for our student athletes. The multi-pack I purchased offers exceptional value for the money. My kids store a couple inside of a hard plastic sandwich case in each of their duffel bags to prevent them from being activated accidentally.

Great travel ice pack
These are great! I have an old foot injury that acts up after intense exercise or a few miles of walking. I got these to bring with me on a week-long trip in Europe. They were light-weight enough to pack and you just squeeze them to activate the cold. They worked great to help my swollen feet recover.

Product arrived, on time with sufficient packaging. Used for one year as part of medical equipment for 3 youth soccer teams. Never had any issues with breaking seals in bags leaking like I have experienced with previous products. Easy to activate and stay cold long enough to be useful. Have purchased again for this years seasons.
