I was surprised by the finish and quality. Comparable to lower end Shimano and Sram. Shifts as well as those also.

At First Glance great...for the value...It took me a while to find the time to get this product installed on my bike...WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP! I cannot be more disappointed. After I had it installed on my bike...I am going through the gears and the last and final smaller cassette ring the bike is pedaling ROUGH and I mean ROUGH. I am trying to figure it what that awful sound and rough pedaling is...so, I switched to my old 9 speed cassette...and sure and behold...the last cassette ring (smaller ring) is warped...and I mean WARPED...its so bad I can easily see it after realizing the cause. the teeth don't line up. This clearly was a manufacture defect. Its called QUALITY CONTROL...you won't get this kind of crap happen in a Shimano. I missed my window to return...and now I am stuck with this crappy useless product. Stick with the name brand folks...Shimano or NOTHING.Fulcrum
