Very good read
I just finished reading all four books in this series and each one was very good. They were nice "clean" Christian romance stories. I enjoy a romance story and it really does not need to have "hot and heavy sex" to make it a good read for me. It is actually refreshing to read a romance story without all the sex in it. Being a Christian, I loved the way the Kimberly Rae Jordan showed how the relationships we have with our family and friends are so intimately tied to our relationship with God. A marriage is hard work and having both husband and wife making Christ the center of the marriage is intensely important in the success of the marriage. Ms. Jordan brings the reader through the struggles each of the Collingsworth ladies have with their past. Will they learn to trust their past, present and future to Christ? How will their lives change if they trust Christ. How will their relationships with their sisters be if they trust Christ. What of the men that are special to them? Will they be able to give their love to the men in their lives? Ms. Jordan takes the reader along as each Collingsworth sister travels a path that each hopes will heal their hearts and give them even more than they dream is possible.

I couldn't wait for the 3rd book in the Home to Collingsworth!
I enjoy reading Christian romances and this series is one of the best I have read. I read books 1 and 2 and then found out that book 3 wouldn't be on Amazon until the end of May. I checked everyday for Love Makes a House a Home and finally there it was and it didn't disappoint me. The books are very engaging and full of information and description. I think there is another book to end this series and I can't wait for that !

Good, Clean, Enjoyabe Reading
"Love Makes a House a Home" by Kimberly Rae JordanGood, fun, enjoyable entertainment. Jordan writes some really good, clean, romantic stories. Stories about family life, community, and, of course, romance. I wanted to give this a 5-star rating, but I thought it dragged a little bit in places. Her stories are usually written with more pace.I've just begun reading Jordan's stories, but I'm sure I'll catch up quickly. I have several of her stories in my Kindle just waiting patiently for me to begin. And I haven't even started on the Karlsson Boys series or the McKinley series. Lots of enjoyable reading for me come up soon.Patrick

great collection
You will fall in love with the whole Collinsworth clan. Violet & Dean, Laurel & Matt, Jessa & Lance, Cami, Lily and sweet lil Rose. You start one book and you just have to have the others. You become their family. It's a great Christian romance that you don't have to worry about all the nasty stuff. Scripture along the way to even help you. I think all of us don't stay in Gods word enough, so if we read these sweet romances and get some soul searching scriptures to go along with it" I call that a double bonus. Yes you see all the struggles these girls go through and you cry with them, be their cheerleader for their love life, want to be their friend and help them, but most of all at the end of the day (ha, end of book) you smile. Read & enjoy !!

Another great inspirational love story
I have loved all the books in this series so far. Jessa and Lance rekindle a lost love from their teenage years,. Jessas grandmother did not want the two of them to pursue a relationship due to a lie her daughter had told her, but now she was dead and many secrets unfold to reveal many lies. Jesse and Lance work through all the betrayals of others and find a happily ever after.

The story of Jessa and Lance
Jessa is the oldest of all the siblings and has carried the weight of all for so long it's hard for her to let go and have her own life. But Lance finally breaks the barriers and helps her realize that she is not responsible for all her sisters problems. When she starts stepping back, she finds that she has a much closer relationship with them than she ever had before. Their gran had really scarred them all. But anyway Lance shows her that she is lovable and they were meant for each other. They both have a strong belief in God and Jesus as their Savior. The whole series is great and I intend to read them all.

Jessa & Lance
This is the third book in the Home to Collingsworth Series. The Collingsworth girls & Will (the newly found brother) come together for the renovation of the mansion. Jessa is the oldest sister & one in charge, and the focal point of the book. Lance is the Contractor hired by Gran before her death, who Jessa dated years ago, but they broke up due to Gran's insistance at the time. Garth competes for Jessa's affections (and I didn't like his charater from the beginning of the book.) Assumptions & miscommunication abound, and even through there is relational intest between Jessa and Lance neither of them decide to talk openly & honestly about their thoughts & feelings about the past & present until close to the end of the book. There is good character development of the new characters, and the story was captivating most of the time. I found the details of the renovation a bit tiresome, but the story was good. The ending of the book is fairly predictable, but there are some twists & turns I wouldn't have expected. A nice story.

Book 3 reveals some of the biggest secrets yet about the Collingsworth family.
Jessa is the oldest of five sisters all with the same mother but different fathers they never knew. The grandmother raised them but Jessa was the closest to her since she remained in Collingsworth. Her grandmother destroyed her relationship between a man she loved and never got over but this story revealed why she did it, how she hoped to redeem her mistake and revealed more secrets than the sisters could ever imagine. They now had a brother they didn't know about too. The grandmother put in motion before her death a renovation that involved Jessa's first love who was a contractor. Jessa has built a wall around herself and has never felt close to her sisters. Even her best friend gave her information that caused her to not want to accept Lance in her life again. The biggest kept secret will shock everyone.
