The media could not be loaded. It made me happy that it arrived earlier than expected. Like a week earlier. It arrived in 3 big boxes. One box had the top and bottom of the fireplace. The second box had the sides of the fireplace. The third box had the heater or fireplace. It was packed really well no damage. There is a little imperfection of glue at one of the seams. No big deal.It was easy to put together. I took everything out of the boxes. It comes with 12 screws or bolts whatever they are called. Four screws go at the bottom to secure the sides to the base, and eight screws go on the inside at the top to secure the sides to the top. The fireplace just slides into the stand. I plugged it in, and put 2 AAA batteries into the remote. It turned on no problems. Looks great and works great. The remote could be better quality but no big deal.My only complaint is the mirrors part. I used windex and paper towel then foam glass cleaner and newspaper put it’s still residue/ marks from the shrink wrap it came in. I’m hoping with a different cleaner or microfiber towel it will clear up. I couldn’t find the screws/bolts at first. It comes with the little tool to tighten the screws. There is a little red baggie tapped to the styrofoam with the screws in it. This fits in perfectly with the look I was going for in my front room. Its kinda self explanatory to put together. The instructions is just a picture of the fireplace. No words or clear directions. I had to google which order to put the screw washer bolt.I turned it on. It got hot in seconds. There is an initial smell like most heaters, but it goes away. My building had central air and heat. In Chicago they turn the heat off and the air on in like May/June and they turn the air off and the heat back on in like September/October but sometimes it gets cold in between so I brought this. I doubt this fireplace gets used a lot but it sure is beautiful to look at.

I can’t say enough about this diamond crushed fireplace! It is absolutely gorgeous!!! The quality is great, and the assembly was simple.

Beautiful item, unfortunately the glass is very-very fragile and shatters everywhere… I am highly disappointed and anticipated assembling this today to place in my living space.

THE FIREPLACE IS ABSOLUTLEY BEAUTIFUL. I DEFINITELY THINK IT IS WORTH THE MONEY. HOWEVER, I USED IT A FEW TIME LAST YEAR, AND THIS YEAR THE REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE FIRELPLACE IS NOT WORKING. I CHANGED OUT THE BATTERIES A FEW TIMES JUST TO BE SURE IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BATTERIES. I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND A PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A PHONE NUMBER TO SEE HOW TO GO ABOUT ORDERING A NEW REMOTE.

The fireplace is beautiful and very easy to put together. It took my husband 30 minutes to assemble. It has color changing flames which is great as well as a heat option. It is smaller than expected and definitely needs a large glam mirror above it to make it stand out more. Overall I am happy with it.
