These products have worked wonders. You don't have to use a lot of the gel. A pea size works great. The suppositories refresh the inside and the wash refresh the outside. Will definitely be repurchasing these products. Ladies make sure you wear a panty liner. There's some slight leakage. Other than that, all is well.

I live by this product I am super sensitive and have struggled to find something that works. It helps correct my ph in just 1-2 days after using. I use after my cycle is over to help balance my ph back out. The wash is also good for weekly use to help prevent odors. I would not wait until the last min to use the sooner the better.
