It was as expected. I don't care for the door latches, but I could use a snap to latch it better. It was very noisy when the cats jumped down from one of the perches. We added crates for the cats to have more and sturdier perches, but that made it heavy and the wheels collapsed a bit. I would recommend for small kittens, but I am not sure about when they get a little bigger or a grown cat (unless they are very dainty - none of my boys are).

I like the cage now that its together
very hard to put together and the instructions were no help at all. the door handles are ridiculous and again, no instructions on how to install them. the shelf pieces were all scratched up and bent as were some of the panels. I like the cage now that its together, but I need a couple more for my rescue and it won't be these.

My cat loves this!! It provides a safe, secure, roomy, outdoor "escape" for my indoor cat! I especially like the fact that it is on wheels so that I can move it around the yard.
