I ordered this and it came in a decent time frame, but when it arrived the box was badly damaged. Optimistically i opened it anyways and prepared to put it together. There was one broken board and the screws and such were sprawled all over the box and some missing. So i sent it back for an exchange. The second one came in just as bad of shape. The screws were all there this time, but the instructions are terrible and not very helpful. There were holes that were non existent, and holes not drilled out properly. Nothing was labeled although the instructions stated they should have been. I sent it back and requested a refund. Very disappointing as i was looking forward to having this for my cats.

My cats love it! They use it for lounging and play.

It looks like the photo—except one panel didn’t have the slot cut out for the white panel to slide into, a screw and bolt was missing for one of the cabinet doors, and the pieces the magnets are supposed to stick to we’re missing. The instructors were absolutely horrible since none of the pieces were labeled and all of the smallParts were thrown into one bag. The pictures of what each screw was didn’t match the actual screws, which got confusing. I had to buy this and wait to build it and I regret that since I built it past the return date. I had to leave a panel to the top cubby completely out.Positives, I was able to get spare parts for the cabinet and my cats like it still. And really, the cats’ opinions are what matters. But it was definitely a pain.

This was probably one of best options I found for a cat tree that can store the litter box but it was insanely hard to put together and would have been nearly impossible without the video in the question section. The contact email on the provided instructions is undeliverable too.

Shipping was horrible my package came damaged The instructions are horrible I had to watch a YouTube video in order to put it up it took hours and Its not sturdy

This had came with a lot of missing hardware. Due to it coming in a broken box I was unable to return it and lots of parts falling out, I had to go to the store to buy glue to get the pieces together. The parts were not labeled and directions were not clear. I personally will probably end up throwing this one away and getting a different brand for next time. Definitely not worth the $200.

First the box (weighing 55#) arrived damaged. A couple of chips in the board, no biggie. Second, I look at the instruction "manual" - it's xerox copied black/white pages stapled together and the print quality is horrible. Ok, try to decipher what piece is what considering the pieces are labeled "A" plus a number in the manual but none of the actual pieces are labeled - none. Tried to determine which pieces are which by number of holes. Nope. Nearly impossible since the print quality is so poor and the pieces are not labeled. Last attempt, try to see what fits where. Now more chipped and mangled pieces of particle wood by just handling the pieces. 3 hours in, the cat tower is still unassembled. Can't return it and it's falling apart just trying to assemble it. It's headed to the trash very soon. Won't even try to list all the other issues with this product. 100% do not recommend this product or brand.
