They are easy to wear and easy to connect.
I really like the retractable ear buds and the clarity of sound. I have had Lg tones and these are just as great and cost a lot less.

Decent comfort and sound quality for its size.
I have not yet had a chance to use the headset for a great amount of time, but here is my initial detailed impression. The overall design, plastic housing, etc. are good. I’m not sure how durable the various switches will be do to their sizes ... small points of contact when flicking On/Off may wear out. I am not saying that there is anything wrong with the current switches, but having a technical background, durability concerns me.The headset is nice and light and fits very comfortably around my neck. The earbuds are attached to the headset via retractable cords. Here is another concern. I would be very careful when extending and retracting the earbuds, since the cords are thin and I do not know how strong the material is. I suggest pressing the release button before trying to extend (pull) each earbud, and then holding each earbud to slowing retract it back into the headset while pressing each button. The USB to MicroUSB charge cable fits snugly. The device came completely discharged. The device takes 2 hours for a full charge, the LED displaying Red until it is almost completely charged. The headset comes with two extra sets of earbuds/covers (different sizes), the MicroUSB charge cable, and a tiny instruction manual. The instruction manual is small, hard to read (due to its tiny size), and incorrect. I have reported this back to the seller who said they would be passing my comments back to the manufacturer. I have not tried using this device yet for all of the phone-functionality. I have made a call to a recording (the USNO Master Clock) to make sure it works. There are several problems in the instructions relative to Pairing; thus, making it more complicated for setting up.Here’s how it works,When you turn the headset On, the On/Off LED will flash rapidly ... alternating, Red, Blue, Red, Blue,...I have mine paired to both, an Apple iPhone 7, and an Apple 9.7” iPad Pro.To pair the headset to either device, open the Settings > Bluetooth menu on you iDevice. The iDevice will display a list of Bluetooth items available to pair to. Select (tap) the one for your headset model. The iDevice will connect. You’re done. Go back to the Home screen on you iDevice. You will see the Bluetooth icon displayed across the top-right corner area of your iDevice near where the battery icon is.Once paired to the iPhone 7, the LED on the headset will flash Blue twice, rapidly, ... pause ... flash Blue twice, rapidly, ... pause ... the pattern continues as long as you are paired with this iDevice.Once paired to the iPad Pro, the LED on the headset will flash Blue twice, slowly , ... pause ... flash Blue twice, slowly , ... pause ... the pattern continues as long as you are paired with this iDevice. The is much different that what is printed in the instruction manual. And, the pdf version of the Instruction Manual, that you can download from amazon.com is even harder to read. All pages of the enclosed instruction manual are scrunched vertically, onto one pdf page ... harder to read.Overall, the sound quality is decent, but will be drowned-out by external noise unless you have the earbuds pressed deeply into your ears (but this also occurs for most earbud sets from any manufacturer). You don’t want to press them deeply into you ear canals, since this could result in having hearing loss problems in the future. It would be nice if they provided a slightly padded protective case to store the headset, charge cable, and earbuds in when not being used.I am giving this device a rating of 4 Star, not 5 Star, since I haven’t had a chance yet to test it thoroughly, and for the issues I mentioned above. My rating could change with time, either way, depending on what I experience with the headset.

These are great! Im a truck driver and they work really well. They connect quickly to my device and the voice tells you where you at in terms of battery life. The only down for me is that when you end a call the device wont tell you that the call ended so you might keep talking if the person in The other line stays quiet. You have to phisically check that you ended the call to make sure that the call is ended. The other ding for me is that it got a bit too much bass and there is no way to choose your music style like rock, classic or whatever you want to tune it. Call clarity is very clear in both ends. The pull buds are great and retract really well. Lets see how long they last. Great purchase as of now.

INITIAL REVIEW 4/26: So far, so good! UPDATED 5/3: Not anymore...
SEE UPDATE BELOW ORIGINAL REVIEW.Original review: Received through Amazon 4/21 and product does everything that is advertised so far. Love the retractable earbuds and battery life thus far. I've received good reports about clarity from people on the other end of phone calls and sound quality of music played through the unit is good. All of the buttons on the unit work great for hands-free answering, music, etc when phone is in your pocket. Seems great for the price; will update this review if problems arise with function or longevity, but with 30-day money back and 12-month warranty I'd say it's absolutely worth the price!UPDATE: After 9 days of use, right earphone separated as shown in the pictures and no longer has sound. I had the email of Osten Designs Customer service because they emailed me a few days after I received the product asking for a review of the product and promising $10 back on my Amazon account within 24 hours if I left a review, so once the product broke I emailed them directly hoping to get a replacement because I still like the product overall. It's been 72 business hours since that email and I have not received a response nor have I seen a $10 credit to my Amazon account in the 5 days since I left the original review. Like I said, I would have liked a replacement if they would have responded to me, but now I am going to look for a different unit with a different seller that will respond and follow through on their promises.

UPDATED CRAPPY
They work really awesome for the most part. Sound quality with music is decent. Bass could be a bit better. They get staticky a bit when it’s gets too loud. Calls are actually really clear and I haven’t had any complaints about the people I’m talking to being able to hear me. They connect instantly to my phone when I turn it on. Battery life has been awesome so far too! For the money, they are definitely worth the buy!UPDATE: bought these February 16th and today July 7th they are officially broken. One of the actual ear plugs broke off the wire. Connection has been very crappy for the past two weeks and they were also having trouble connecting via Bluetooth.
