I just got the other day but did a little test with wearing them around house while I did some house work so I could write this review. After taking them off I notice some sweat, I was actually impressed. I’m excited to try while actually working out. You can adjust them to your liking. They have a Velcro strap on each end which I loved. I have arthritic hands and was able to put on by myself. One strap first then the other and just tightened by going back and forth between straps to adjust. So if you're looking for something to help melt the fat this is a good product to help you get started.

These are the most comfortable and easy to use products I've used. They do what is advertised, and make you sweat! They are comfortable and have a rubber strip on the inside to keep it from slipping. One of the best additions to my workout gear. I'll be recommending!

Make sure you order the right size, I purchased the large at first but I had to return them for a medium. They are awesome, they really make you sweat. I use them for working out but like some of the other reviews state, you can wear them under your clothing.

Oh how I LOVE these arm trimmers!!! I thought about buying full length compression sleeves at first but then I saw these beauties. Upon 1st use I realized these allow me to sweat it out during a workout and they are comfortable to wear under my work shirt without being seen for some compression. Buy them, you'll love them 💪🏽.

It took me a while to actually use them but I’m glad I did. Too early to tell if they do anything but I like to think they do.

After a few workouts these have grown on me. They are weird to out on but once you figure that out they work really well! I didn't know even realize that I could sweat that much from this area. Make sure you get the correct size or you'll have velcro rubbing against your skin.

These are great! Adjust the tightness to your liking bit they stay in place and create lots of sweat!!!
